Who do you use for shipping?

We use a combination of UPS, FedEx and the USPS for our shipping needs.

What is shipping going to cost me?

Shipping Costs are calculated in the shopping cart upon checkout. The cost will vary depending on the weight of the item(s) you are ordering and your zip code.

Can I track my package?

Absolutely! All of our shipping methods offer a shipment notification system that we try to use whenever possible, so you'll have detailed information about your package. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly in your account, so that you will receive these notifications.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We do our best to get all orders processed as quickly as possible. Please remember that we are a small manufacturing company owned and operated by fellow kinksters and we handmake most of our products. We love to travel to BDSM events around the country -- bringing our wares with us. Occasionally we will be out of the office for a few days at a time, slightly delaying the shipment of your order. We estimate 2-4 weeks turnaround time on our cuffs but some items may have a longer turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. Why would I owe money upon delivery of my package?

Please be aware that some countries will charge you a Customs/Duty Fee. This fee is due when your package is delivered and is not part of any shipping fee charged or collected by us. This fee is calculated based on your merchandise total and must be paid directly to the relevant agency.

Limited Edition products

Where is the Limited Edition item I saw last week, last month, etc?

Limited Edition items are very limited in quantity, some only having one made. Either the item you saw has been sold or it is at a show.

We travel to shows across the country and bring with us our standard products and our Limited Edition products.
 
When will I see a Limited Edition go back onto the site if it wasn't sold at a show?

Limited Editions items get placed back onto the site after an inventory is performed.
Generally it is the Thursday/Friday following a show, but if we have back to back shows it may take longer.
